It's been too long for Aki and Milo to play! Finally Milo's family came back from Japan. They grew big and strong in the last 10 weeks while they are apart. Now they talk with words!

Papa took Aki to a train garage today. He must have been so excited to get close to trains!

Kindred Spirit

Today at kindred Spirit Playgroup, we made beeswax candles, made soup, roasted chestnuts and baked apples, fed chickens with the vegi scrap from making soup, and sing.

Sunday pancake breakfast

It was fun for all of us to make pancakes together on the griddle. Some pancakes came out like birds and fish. We made really small ones and big ones. Perfect way to start our Sunday.

Kindred Spirit Playgroup

Aki and mama started going to a new playgroup called Kindred Spirit at Jean's Farm every Monday morning. It is lead by fantastic couple, Keith and Tanya, who are musicians. It is a Waldorf philosophy inspired playgroup and we spend 3 hours cooking soup, bake muffins in the cob oven, do all kinds of crafts, sing and talk about parenthood outdoor in the beautiful Jean's Farm. We enjoy it so much and can't wait for the next session.
